Patio Screen Enclosures
Screened patios and lanai enclosures that add a real outdoor room to your home, built by a licensed screened patio contractor.

An outdoor room you will actually use
In Florida an open patio sits empty half the year. Screen it and it becomes the most used room in the house: no mosquitoes at dinner, no leaves on the furniture, and enough shade to sit out at two in the afternoon. We build patio screen enclosures and lanai enclosures under existing roofs and as freestanding structures with their own framing.
Every job is measured and built to your patio, not adapted from a kit. Aluminum framing, your choice of mesh, doors where you actually walk, and kickplates where the dog thinks he walks.
From open slab to finished lanai
If you are starting from a bare slab we handle the whole path: framing, screening, doors, electrical cutouts, and the county permit. If you already have an enclosure that has seen better days, we repair and rescreen those too.

Common questions
What is the difference between a lanai and a patio enclosure?
In practice, a lanai is a covered outdoor space under your home's roof line, and a patio enclosure can be any screened structure over a patio. We build and screen both. The right word matters less than the right structure.
How much does a patio enclosure cost in Florida?
It depends on size, mesh, and whether a roof is involved. A simple under-truss screen room costs far less than a full insulated-roof structure. We quote free and in writing after measuring your space.
Can you screen an existing covered patio?
Yes, that is the most common job we do. If your patio already has a roof, screening it is usually quick and one of the best cost-per-use upgrades on the house.
What screen mesh should I pick?
Standard 18/14 mesh suits most homes. Go No-See-Um 20/20 if you are near the river or marsh where midges get through standard mesh. Privacy mesh works well on close-set lots.
