Optimal Thermal Structures is a licensed and insured contractor based in Palm Bay. We build the outdoor structures Florida homes actually need: pool enclosures, screen rooms, insulated patio roofs, carports, and storm protection. On the commercial side we install insulated metal panel systems, from cold storage envelopes to fire-rated walls.
Our goal is simple to say and hard to fake: enrich the lives of the people we build for. That means structures that survive the weather they were engineered for, quotes that do not wander, and a phone that gets answered after the job is done.

Every structure gets wind-load engineering and a county permit. It is more paperwork for us and more protection for you, and we would not build any other way.
Written quotes that hold
You get a written price after the site visit. If something unexpected turns up mid-job, we talk before anything changes.
Honest repair calls
If a rescreen will save your enclosure, we say so. Selling you a structure you do not need is a one-job strategy, and we plan on being here a while.
