Custom covered patios
A covered patio is the difference between a backyard you look at and one you live in. Permanent shade, rain protection, and a structure engineered for Florida wind, built to look like it came with the house.

Why homeowners add one
Shade first: a covered patio makes outdoor furniture, grills, and people usable at two in the afternoon in July. Then the practical wins stack up: rain protection for doors and windows, a dry path to the pool, and a defined outdoor room that adds real value when the house sells.
Add screen walls and you have a full outdoor room. Add an insulated roof and it stays cool enough to hold the Sunday game out there through summer.

Common questions
Covered patio or screened enclosure?
A covered patio gives you shade and rain protection; a screened enclosure adds the bug barrier. Many of our builds combine both: an insulated roof with screen walls underneath. We will price the combinations at the quote.
Do covered patios need permits?
Yes. A covered patio is an engineered structure attached to your home, and it gets permitted and inspected like one. We handle the paperwork.
What roof options are there?
Single-skin aluminum pan roofs cost less; insulated roof panels keep the space dramatically cooler and support fans and lighting. We quote both so you can compare.
Will it match my house?
Rooflines, colors, and trim are chosen to tie into the existing structure. Done right, a covered patio reads as part of the original build.
